% 15.12.2017 Crl. M.A. no. 20791/2017 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. BAIL APPLN. No. 2586/2017 It is not in dispute that petitioner has to appear in LL.B. 1st semester examination scheduled to be held from 12th December, 2017 to 1st January, 2018. Date-sheet has been annexed. Vide order dated 7th December, 2017 Jail Authorities were directed to take the petitioner in custody to the examination hall. Petitioner has already appeared in two papers. However, still he has to appear in remaining papers.
It is noted that vide order dated 8th September, 2017 petitioner was released on interim bail by the trial court for seven days in connection with
the examination. It is not the case that petitioner misused the concession of interim bail extended to him.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of three weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
