Learned counsels for the parties say that they are agreeable to the Court appointing an Arbitrator.

Furthermore, counsel for the parties say that they are also agreeable to the rules and the fee schedule applicable to Arbitrations conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (for short 'DIAC') being applied.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.S. Sodhi (Mobile no. 9818000280), Former Judge of this Court is appointed as an Arbitrator concerning the disputes arising between the parties.

ARB.P. 26/2018

(ii) The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the rules and the fee schedule prescribed by the DIAC.

(iii) The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order to the DIAC as well as to the learned Arbitrator.
