The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that a speedy, prompt and scientific investigation be conducted in FIR No. 0316/2018 under Sections 356/379/34 of the IPC registered at P.S. Hauz Khas.

The learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State submits that the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, the petitioner's grievance regarding an expeditious investigation stands redressed. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed both for nonprosecution as well as on merits. 5.
