This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the matter has been settled under the scheme "Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes)". 2.

Issue notice.

Mr Chandwani, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed. 5.

The captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties under the scheme "Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes)".
