O R D E R

% 14.05.2018 Settlement agreement dated 11.05.2018 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, and the respondent/workman who appears in person submit that they have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes. It is submitted that by this settlement, the petitioner/management has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent/workman in full and final settlement of all his claims including reinstatement, back wages, bonus, gratuity etc.

Pursuant to this settlement today learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a cheque no. 955021 dated 07.05.2018 drawn on Axis Bank, Vasant Kunj Branch, New Delhi for an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- issued by the petitioner in favour of the respondent, which has been accepted by the respondent/workman through his counsel Mr.Sanjoy Ghose, Advocate.

In the circumstances, the petition and pending application are accordingly disposed of as settled between the parties. In view of the above, the amount of Rs.5,10,202/- deposited by the petitioner with the registry of this court be refunded to the petitioner along with accrued interest.
