Mr. Sabharwal, learned counsel for the petitioner/SDMC states that Mr. Anil Sharma, Chief Law Officer of the SDMC is present in terms of the order dated 31.1.2018.

We have interacted with the Chief Law Officer. He states that the present petition was filed prior to his joining the post and assures us that the Legal Department of the SDMC is carefully vetting all the cases before recommending filing of petitions for assailing orders passed by the Tribunal. We are further informed that steps are being taken to give effect to the impugned judgment within four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are being passed with regard to quantification of costs for dismissal of the present petition, for which purpose alone the matter was kept pending.
