The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the arbitration proceedings have commenced. She further states that the respondents are also represented in the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.
In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to direct that ad interim order dated 18.12.2017 would continue for a further period of 60 days. In the meanwhile, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Arbitral Tribunal by way of an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to seek such interim measures of protection as may be advised including the relief sought by way of this petition.
It would be equally open for the respondents to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for seeking vacation/variation of the ad interim order passed on 18.12.2017.
