The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking modification of the order dated 6th December, 2017 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be released on bail with the following prayer:
"a) Reduce the number of surety from two to one of `50,000/- by way of modification of the order dated 06.12.2017 passed by Shri Tarun Sehrawat Ld.ASJ-03, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in case FIR No.383/17 of P.S. IGI Airport U/S 419/420/468/471 IPC, 12 PP Act and 14 F. Act in the interest of justice."

Vide order dated 6th December, 2017, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail on the following conditions:- "I heard arguments on application for grant of bail made on behalf of accused Pingalan.

Accused who is Srilankan citizen, is stated to be in J/C since 29/09/2017. Investigation in this matter is complete and chargesheet has already been filed. I observe that no fruitful purpose is going to be served by keeping the accused in further custody.
In these circumstances, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing bail bond/surety bond in sum of `50,000/- with two sureties of each like amount and also subject to deposit of original passport with the concerned Court. He shall also report to the SHO, IGI on weekly basis."

Since the petitioner has the remedy available under Section 440 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court to seek modification of the order. 4.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
