% 22.12.2017 Mr. Aroraa, learned standing counsel for the respondent/ SDMC submits that he has instructions to state that the impugned revocation-cumclosure notice dated 08.12.2017 shall be withdrawn and fresh action initiated on the same cause and such other cause incidental thereto and thereafter, an opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the petitioner before passing of the orders afresh thereon. In view thereof, ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press the petition. Respondent / SDMC shall remain bound by the statement made by Mr. Aroraa. Petition stands disposed of accordingly alongwith the pending applications. Interim order stands vacated.
