On 24.08.2017, a joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC was filed for recording of compromise. The terms and conditions of the compromise stated that the respondent would pay the dues in the stated instalments. The respondents have failed to do the needful. Let the Managing Director and all the Directors of the respondent Company appear in court in person on the next date of hearing.
