Learned APP accepts notice and has filed status report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that role of firing at the victim has not been assigned to the petitioner. Injured has already been discharged from the hospital. Petitioner is in custody for the last more than two months. Investigation is complete and petitioner is not required for any further investigation.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
