% 18.12.2017 A mandamus is sought to second respondent to produce the marks of all candidates, who appeared for the written test as well as list of candidates with their marks, who have been called for the interview for the post of Manager (Airport Operations).
At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already made a Representation of 10th December, 2017 (Annexure P-5), which has not been responded to. Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if it is so, then it would be positively responded to within four weeks and the fate of the Representation would be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter.
In view of aforesaid, this petition and the applications are disposed W.P.(C) 11304/2017
of with direction to second respondent to decide petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-5), if not already done, and if it is already decided, then too, fate of the Representation be conveyed to petitioner within a week. Needless to say, if petitioner is found to be eligible, then his candidature may be duly considered.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
