Dr. Gosain has returned with instructions. He says that the impugned order dated 01.10.2015 vis-a-vis the petitioner will be recalled.

Accordingly, Dr. Gosain says that the petitioner will be eligible for admittance to the DNB (Post Graduate) Diploma course, as prayed for, in the petition.

Dr. Gosain says that the interim order dated 06.10.2015, which is passed in WP (C) 9555/2015, titled : Shahul Hameed and Ors., Vs. National Board of Examinations will apply in this case, as well. W.P.(C) 9619/2015

The petition and the pending application are accordingly, disposed of, in the aforesaid terms based on the statement made by Dr. Gosain.
