O R D E R

% 15.01.2018 Petitioner is seeking parole for the reasons mentioned in the petition. It is largely for medical condition. Nominal roll of the petitioner reflects that she had been convicted under Section 326/120B IPC. She has been sentenced to undergo RI for a period of 10 years with a fine of Rs 1 lakh and in default of payment of fine, SI for 6 months. As on 10.1.2018 she has undergone incarceration of almost 31⁄2 years which includes the remission earned by her. The last parole availed of by her was up to 05.08.2017. She had not misused her liberty. The medical report filed by the jail doctor reflects that the petitioner has a fibrosis in her right breast for which treatment is being received by her at the Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital; she has also been received psychiatrist treatment from IHBAS. The petitioner

is granted parole for a period of four weeks to be counted from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned with condition that she will give her latest residential address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer. She will report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week. She will surrender herself to the Jail Authorities immediately after the expiry of the aforenoted parole period of four weeks. Petition disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for intimation to the petitioner.
