% 22.12.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the representation having been made to Tehsildar on 06.10.2015 followed by other communication, his prayer for correction of his name in the revenue records has not been answered; submission is that the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 6356/2014 titled Ravender & Ors vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors on 14.07.2015 had noted that the acquisition proceedings qua the aforenoted land had lapsed. Submission of the petitioner being in view thereof he was entitled to a correction in the name of the revenue records. His grievance has not been answered. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has put in appearance. He informs this court that certain clarifications have to be obtained from the Land Acquisition Collector and that is why the representation of the petitioner is pending. Be that as it may,

the present writ petition be treated as an additional representation of the petitioner and same shall be answered by respondent No. 3 in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight weeks from today. Petition disposed of.
