% 09.04.2018 Pursuant to last order, Mr.Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the respondents points out that the enquiry has since been completed and a copy of the enquiry report has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the limited prayer made in the present petition seeking completion of the enquiry, the petition has become infructuous. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the findings of the enquiry report.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
