The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), with a prayer to file a personal bond without any surety bond as per judgment dated 7th August, 2015 passed by this Court, in the matter, i.e., TEST.CAS. 11/2011 titled as "Rita Narang & Anr. Versus State & Ors.". 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case was uncontested and probate has been granted in favour of the petitioner. Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner be allowed to file only personal bond without any surety bond.
