% 03.01.2018 The parties entered into 5 contracts in all. In one of the agreements, in Arbitration Petition No.362/2017 vide order dated 09.08.2017 Mr.Rakesh Tiku, Senior Advocate was appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the dispute arising qua Shop No. 32, FF, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Similarly, four agreements pertaining to the same parties, relating to similar issues are agreement dated 30.07.2015 in respect of shop No.313-B, Abu Lan, Meerut, UP West; agreement dated 30.7.2015 in respect of Shop No.26, GF, Pacific Mall, Kaushambi, Sahibabad, UP West; agreement dated 2.07.2015 in

respect of Shop No.27, GF, Mahagun Metro Mall, Sector-3, Ghaziabad, Vaishali, UP West; and agreement dated 30.7.2015 in respect of Shop No.1-2, C-22, GF, RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, UP West. In the circumstances, Mr.Rakesh Tiku, Senior Advocate (Mobile No. 9810025868) is hereby appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of all these four agreements (supra). The petitions are disposed of.
