During the course of arguments it is agreed that `10,00,000/- will be paid to the complainant today; `15,00,000/- shall be paid at the time of second motion and the balance amount i.e. `20,00,000/- out of settlement amount of `45,00,000/- shall be paid at the time of quashing of FIR.
It is further agreed that admitted dowry articles shall be returned to the complainant at the time of first motion. 2.
Pursuant to settlement arrived at between the parties on 19.03.2016, a demand draft for the sum of `10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lacs) bearing No.670721 drawn on Punjab National Bank, dated BAIL APPLN. 2170/2015
24.05.2016 has been handed over today in the court to the complainant.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions arrived at and shall adhere to the time schedule. 4.
The bail application and all pending application(s) stand disposed of.
