CRL.M.C. 5355/2017 In terms of order dated 19.12.2017 the State has submitted the status report in relation to the verification of the ages of the petitioner and the respondent no.2 which indicates the date of birth of the prosecutrix as 04.03.2003 and of the petitioner as 01.05.2000. Both as per the said report dated 01.02.2018 of the SHO, PS Punjabi Bagh, are below the age of 18 years.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition which is thus dismissed as withdrawn. ANU MALHOTRA, J
