Learned APP for learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his father has to undergo angiography on 10th January, 2018. 4.

Facts stated in the petition have been verified and a status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the date for angiography is fixed for 10th January, 2018 in case the petitioner deposits the fee and all tests are affirmative. The petitioner was granted four times W.P.(CRL) 3548/2017

furlough in the year 2017 and twice parole in the year 2017. 5.

Considering the fact that the angiography of the father of the petitioner is tentatively fixed for 10th January, 2018, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of one week from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
