In these circumstances, the court is of the opinion that the petitioners ought to approach the concerned High Court. It is stated that the petitioner had approached the Allahabad Court as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and to approach the concerned High Court. Liberty granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. S.
