The present petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Issue appropriate writ thereby quashing the FIR No. 120/15 under Sections 409/467/468/471/107/109/120B/420/34 IPC PS EOW and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom; and (b)Pass any further order or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances mentioned above. It is prayed accordingly."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that closure report in the present FIR has been filed before the court of competent jurisdiction on 15.05.2024. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if the need so arises. 4.
