% 05.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the civil Court by way of an independent civil suit to seek declaration of the title of the petitioner qua the subject property.
