% 20.09.2018 IA No.12869/2018 This application is filed to pass a compromise decree in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 18.09.2018 executed between the parties. The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement on 18.09.2018. The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. The application is allowed.

CS(COMM) 860/2017 In view of the above, a decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.09.2018. The material which was seized by the local commissioner, which is said to have been filed in court by the local commissioner in a sealed cover, may be returned to the defendants. The plaintiff is also entitled to 50% refund of the court fees. The suit stands disposed of as above.
