% 13.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking quashing of the present FIR. FIR No.1139/2017 registered under Sections 323/341/354B/452/506/ read with Section 34 of the IPC which FIR had been registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 at police station New Usmanpur. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in person. It is stated that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The dispute has arisen out of a money transaction. The bone of contention was that the petitioner had lent certain money to the husband of respondent no.2 which amount was not being returned. The terms and conditions of their settlement are contained in the MOU dated 01.12.2017 signed by both the parties. The parties are present in person. Parties are present in person. They endorse the terms of the settlement. It is stated that

with the intervention of well wishers and common friends, the parties have settled their disputes and nothing left against one another; they are now living peacefully in the society. They accordingly pray that the prayer made in the petition be granted.

Accordingly, to secure ends of justice, FIR No.1139/2017 registered under Sections 323/341/354B/452/506/ read with Section 34 of the IPC at police station New Usmanpur and all the proceedings emanating thereform stand quashed.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
