No.53/2016 By this application, the decree holder seeks transfer of the decree for execution to the court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ganesh Khind Road, Shivaji Nagar, Near Sancheti Hospital, Pune. The decree holder states that all the movable and immovable property of the judgement debtor are located within the jurisdiction of the said Court. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The decree stands transferred for execution to the said court. The transfer certificate be issued in favour of the decree holder.
