By filing the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1368/2015 under Sections 447/380/323/509/34 IPC, PS Jamia Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Complainant is present and submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner/applicant and that he does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

In the given facts and circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of SHO/IO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned. 4.

Application stands disposed.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
