% 23.03.2016 The present petition has been filed seeking quashing/setting aside the order dated 29.09.2015.

The petition came up for hearing for the first time on 09.10.2015 when at the request of the petitioners, the same was adjourned to 28.10.2015. On 28.10.2015, again none appeared for the parties and the matter was adjourned to 27.11.2015. On 27.11.2015, on petitioners taking steps, notice was issued to respondent returnable on 11.02.2016. On 11.02.2016, neither the petitioners appeared nor steps were taken by them for service of the respondent and in the

interest of justice, the matter was deferred for today i.e.23.03.2016. Today again, none has appeared for the petitioners. The petitioners do not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
