O R D E R

% 29.05.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that the latest investigation has revealed that defendant no.2 has now been incorporated as a company and other than defendant no.1, two more individuals have been made its directors.

Since in the opinion of this Court, the recent developments would require a drastic amendment of the plaint and the matter is at the initial stage, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the plaintiffs to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action. To facilitate filing of the fresh suit, it is directed that the interim order dated 18th December, 2017 shall continue for a period of five weeks.

Registry is directed to issue to the plaintiffs a certificate authorizing them to receive back from the Collector the full amount of the Court fee paid by them in the present suit. MANMOHAN, J MAY 29, 2018/KA
