% 16.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A report in this regard has also been placed which is sent by the Mediation Centre. Pursuant to the settlement, a sum of ₹1,00,000/- has been handed over by the petitioner to respondent No.5 who is present in Court and is identified by her counsel.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. The petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
