The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent nos.1 and 2 be directed to appoint new claim commissioner immediately and to direct respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner's claim in a time bound manner.

This Court has passed an order in W.P(C).11101/2018 titled as Anita Garg v. Union of India, directing the Union of India (Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs) to complete the process of appointment as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three weeks from today.

Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
