TR.P.(C.) 1/2018 The petition seeking dissolution of marriage of the parties registered as HMA Petition No.27/2017 was filed by the respondent against the petitioner which is pending before Principal Judge, Family Courts, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Both the parties are now ordinary residents of different localities of Rohini Delhi, which concededly fall within the jurisdiction of Family Courts at North District of Rohini Court, Delhi.

In this view, the prayer in the petition is granted. The aforementioned divorce petition is transferred from the Family Court of Shahdara District to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court for North District at Rohini, Delhi. The transferor court shall send the file complete in all respects, fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear for the transferee court. The petition stands disposed of in above terms. Dasti.
