This application seeks correction of the judgment dated 23.10.2019, inasmuch as it has erroneously computed compensation towards 'loss of future earning capacity/future income' @150% instead of 50%. The typographical error is evident. Accordingly, it is corrected to 50%. The amount payable towards the aforesaid head would be Rs. 16,87,500/- [Rs. 18,750/- (monthly income) x 12 (months) x 15 (multiplier) x 50/100 (future prospects)].
