% 30.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received communication dated 5th March, 2016 from the respondents, giving suggestions for appointment of sole Arbitrator. Upon receipt of the said letter, the petitioner by letter dated 28th April, 2016 suggested two names of Sh.Vinod Singh Chauhan and Sh.Mukesh Chandra, out of the names suggested by the respondents, for the purpose of appointment of a sole Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the respondent states that respondent shall appoint the sole Arbitrator out of two names suggested within eight weeks from today.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is not pressing the present petition. The same is disposed of as not pressed. Dasti to both the parties under the signatures of Court Master. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
