% 22.01.2018 Crl.M.A. No.1061/2018 The petition is already indicated to have been allowed of vide order dated 21.12.2017 whereby FIR No.321/17 Police Station Nangloi under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in relation to the petition which has been filed seeking quashing of the said FIR in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. However, it appears as per the proceedings dated 21.12.2017, there is a typographical error in relation to the police station having been mentioned as PS Mangolpuri in the contents of the said order and on behalf of the petitioner has thus been filed an application being Crl.M.A. No.1061/2018 seeking rectification of the said typographical error, which prayer on a perusal of the proceedings dated 21.12.2017, the petition in question and the copy of the FIR placed on record is thus allowed and consequently, the police station Mangolpuri

mentioned on the pages of the order dated 21.12.2017 shall be read to the effect in relation to the Police Station Nangloi mentioned qua FIR No.321/17 PS Nangloi under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. The application is disposed of accordingly.
