% 26.09.2017 The suit has been listed on office note. As per the office note the present suit seeking recovery for a sum of ₹ 50,00,000/- with interest thereon, was filed on 7th October, 2015. On 8th October, 2015 Registry raised certain objections, however, till date the objections have not been removed.

In terms of Rule-5(1) and 5 (2), Part-A (a), Chapter-I, Volume-5 of Delhi High Court Rules, objections are required to be removed within 30 days failing which the suit has to be listed before Court for dismissal for non-prosecution.

Therefore, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
