The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.1 to extend the time to file the certificates relating to surrender of Chambers at Dwarka Court Complex. 2.

The petitioners state that due to elections of the office bearers of Dwarka Court Bar Association no certificates are currently being issued. The petitioner states that they have been informed that the certificates will be issued after 22.12.2017.

The learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice also states that the respondent has no objection for granting extension of time in view of the reasons as stated by the petitioners. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that time for submission of certificates of surrender of chambers at Dwarka Court complex be extended till 15.01.2018.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 6.
