O R D E R

% 04.01.2018 The present FIR No. 03/2017 has been registered on the complaint of respondent No. 2 (Rakam Singh) under Section 420 of the IPC at PS Timarpur. Charge sheet is yet to be filed. Parties have entered into a compromise and Memorandum of Understanding duly executed inter se the parties dated 31.08.2017 is on record. It is marked as Ex.PA. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Ex.PA. In terms of Ex. PA a sum of Rs. 1 lac already stands paid to the complainant and another sum of Rs. 1 lac (in cash) is being paid by the petitioner to respondent No. 2 in court. Parties having settled all their complaints no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with this proceeding as it would be an exercise in

futility. Parties who are present in person have endorsed the terms and conditions contained in Ex.PA. Accordingly, this is a fit case where the FIR should be quashed. FIR No. 03/2017 under Section 420 of the IPC at PS Timarpur including all other proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed.
