Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the matters have been amicably resolved between the parties by way of an out of court Settlement dated 9^'' July, 2018. A copy of the same has been annexed as annexure D along with present applications. Accordingly, present suits and pending applications, if any, am dismissed as withdrawn. However it is clarified that the issue, of law raised in the present suits is left open.
