Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 Ms. Mamta Devi and Mr. Vipinder Bhadoni are present in Court along with their counsel and accept notice. They have been identified by ASI Deena Nath of police station Delhi Cantt. Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 says that she has received entire settled amount and she has no objection in case FIR No. 186/2015 under Sections

279/337/338 IPC registered at Police Station Delhi Cantt. and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 to this effect are also on record at pages 67-74. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
