O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 63/2017 Both the learned counsels for parties have taken me through the order dated 11.11.2017 passed by the learned arbitrator which notes as follows:- "Because of the matter being kept suspended due to the possibility of exploring settlement and cancellation of dates due to difficulty of the Claimant's Counsel, the matter has been a bit delayed. Therefore, both Parties agree that they would jointly make an Application to the High Court by 15.12.2017 for extension of time for passing of the Award by 6 months, i.e. 02.08.2018."

In view of the submissions so made by both the counsels the time for conducting the arbitral proceedings stands extended for six months i.e. till 02.08.2018.

The petition stands disposed of.
