After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition, which is directed against the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi in Miscellaneous Application No.4173/2017 filed by the petitioners for impleadment in OA No.2482/2016, filed by the private respondent Nos.7 to 14, while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek their legal remedy, as may be available to them. 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications with liberty to seek legal remedy.
