% 20.04.2017 Crl.M.A.16462/2016 (restoration) and Crl.M.A.16463/2016 (under Section 5 of the Limitation Act) Though the report generated from the website of the court confirms that steps were taken vide diary no.89666/2017 on 04.03.2017, the office report submitted to the court is that notices could not be prepared as process fee and copy of the petition were not filed. The two reports cannot be reconciled. The Registrar (judicial) shall look into this aspect and ensure that no such confusion prevails in future in any matter. Be that as it may, on the steps already taken notices shall issue in terms of the last order for 20.07.2017.
