% 27.01.2016 (1) Status report not filed. Counsel for the complainant is present. (2) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2311/15 under Sections 354/506 IPC registered at Police Station Mehrauli. (3) By an order dated 09.10.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that in compliance of the said orders, the petitioner has since joined the investigation. Complainant's counsel wishes that the petitioner must be directed not to extend any threats to the victim and her family members.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required and he and his family members shall not extend any threat to the victim or her family members in any manner.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
