The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, alleging that there was a medical negligence in treatment of his wife who had expired due to surgical complications caused due to negligence on the part of the attending doctors at the time of child birth. 3.
The petitioner has already filed a complaint before the Delhi Medical Council (hereafter 'DMC') against the concerned doctors. The learned counsel for the DMC states that the matter has been placed before the Disciplinary Committee of the DMC and the said Committee would proceed
to examine the petitioner's complaint. He further assures this Court that the petitioner's complaint would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four months from today. DMC is bound down to the aforesaid statement.

It is seen that the present petition also contains particulars of the allegations against concerned doctors. The Disciplinary Committee of the DMC shall also consider the averments made in the present petition as a part of the petitioner's complaint.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of.
