W.P.(CRL) 3617/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his having given a complaint dated 08.12.2017 to the Chairman of the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) qua the manipulation of the share price of Steel Exchange India Ltd. and unfair trade practice by the aforenoted company no action has been taken on his complaint. Learned counsel for the SEBI submits that the complaint shall be answered in accordance with law; if the same has not been heard; if it has been has been answered, the fate of the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
In case the complaint is to be answered, the same shall be answered by the respondent within an outer limit of six weeks. With this direction petition disposed of.
