Present application has been filed seeking directions to re-argue the present appeal.

In para 10 & 11 of the present application, it is stated as under: "On 19.01.2024, matter was listed before special bench for settlement. The Honorable Court posed a few questions to the applicant/Wife/Respondent (not her lawyer) directly about the quantum of settlement money, when she indicated Rs. 5.50 Crores as permanent alimony, flat and her streedhan, the Hon'ble Court posed the following two questions to the Applicant/ Respondent /Wife:- Q.No.l. Whether the Respondent wife filed any Petition U/s. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act?

Q.No.2:- Whether the Appellant/Husband was acquitted in S.498A IPC Case?

11. After healing the aforementioned response from the Respondent /Wife the Honorable Court observed, "Appeal Allowed"."

Since the appeal was allowed on the said date, there was no question to move the present application.

We deprecate such type of practice, however, refrain from imposing heavy cost upon the appellant for wasting time of the Court. 5.

Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
