By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has made the following prayers:- a) To quash FIR No.243/2014 registered at PS Chanakya Puri under Sections 63/107/109/120-B/379/420/465 IPC & Sections 66 & 66C of Information Technology Act;

b) To declare the FIR No.243/2014 illegal as the same is against the principle of law.

Status report has been filed by the State.

In view of the status report submitted by the State which does not refer to any information of the present petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
