1. An affidavit dated 14th January, 2019 has been filed by the Respondents stating therein that the Review Medical Board was constituted in terms of the order passed by this Court on 27th November, 2018. A copy of the report dated 3rd January, 2019 of the Review Medical Board has been enclosed. The Petitioner has now been found fit for both the disabilities i.e. (i) Refractive Error Both Eyes; and (ii) Mal-Occlusion Teeth.

2. Mr Kirtiman Singh, learned CGSC for the Respondents/UOI clarifies that if the date of the enrolment for the next batch takes place within the next six months from the date of the medical Review Board‟s report i.e. 3rd January 2019, then in that eventuality, the Petitioner need not undergo the Phase-I and Phase-II tests. Even for the Phase-III test, he will have to undergo medical examination only for the parameters other than the two for which he

has already been found medically fit. However, if the enrolment takes place beyond six months from 3rd January 2019, , then the Petitioner would have to undergo complete Phase-III medical examination, including the above two parameters. The Respondents will keep the Petitioner informed of his status in either contingency.
